Week 10 Part A: Researching Email Marketing
For my business purposes I think I would send emails monthly or even quarterly. This would keep us connected with our clients without filling up their inboxes too much. It gives us the perfect chance to share exciting updates, new programs, wellness tips, and events without overwhelming anyone.
I reviewed some of the newsletters that I receive from various service providers and identified some topics I would like to cover.
Upcoming Events and Workshops
Highlighting offerings like group sessions, experiential workshops (surf therapy or equine-assisted therapy), and special events.
Wellness Tips and Resources
Tips on things like stress management, building resilience, and leisure skills to help our clients live their best lives.
Success Stories and Testimonials
Sharing how our programs have helped others.
New Service Announcements
Whenever we roll out something new (like adaptive sports or virtual therapy options).
Spotlight on Recreational Activities
Highlighting "cooler" activities like skiing, hiking, rock climbing, or even outdoor survival skills to show all the different ways people can boost their well-being.
Staff Introductions and Highlights
Introducing the faces behind the scenes with help people feel more approachable and connected to our clients.
Special Promotions and Membership Discounts
We'll share any special offers or membership perks available like referral bonuses.
Community Partnerships
Shining a spotlight on the organizations we team up with shows that we're part of a bigger wellness movement.
Wellness Challenges or Activities
Fun, interactive challenges like "30 Days of Mindfulness" to keep our community inspired and engaged.
I want our newsletters to be more than just updates, it should feel inspirational. By mixing helpful tips, exciting news, and opportunities for engagement, I hope it's something our clients actually look forward to reading each month instead of just immediately deleting or sending to spam. It's vital for building a strong, positive connection and helping this community thrive.
